HI Paula! Wouldn’t it be lovely to wear any of these! If only I’d stuck to that diet!

I absolutely adore the dress and the cover of True to You. I also fell in love with the gold dress on Mark of the King. But all of these dresses ar beautiful.

      Those are both lovely!

oooohhh. I’m a sucker for pretty dresses. Love it! I’d wear the one on the cover of With You Always. It looks like something I could swish around an antebellum house in.

    1. // Reply

LOL, I know you would, Stephenia!

    2. // Reply

🙂 So what you’re saying is you like big skirts (you cannot lie) *snicker* oh forgive me, that was bad 😉

  6. // Reply

What some gorgeous dresses! I actually remember having a dress similar to the True to You one, but the bodice wasn’t lace. I would love to wear the ones on A Season to Dance and The One True Love of Alice-Ann for a day.

    1. // Reply

That’s so cool that you had one like that, Winnie!

  7. // Reply

Oh these are all so lovely! It’s like playing dressup, ha! 🙂
Thank you for including Blown Together!!

I love the silver dress from A Note Yet Unsung. Would love to wear that dress for a day. Not to get ahead of myself, but have you seen the dress on the cover of The Lacemaker by Laura Frantz? What a dress!!!

It’s so pretty! And I’m reading it now! Hope to finish at the beach this weekend!

My favorite cover is Blown together because it’s set on my favorite place in the world and she’s running barefoot in the sand! Totally me!

    1. // Reply

Oh Danielle! You are a woman after my own heart!! I love the beach, too! That’s where I dreamed up Blown Together! Thank you for commenting on my little story!
      Blessings

    2. // Reply

I haven’t mastered the sand running but I’d like the chance to work my way up to a sand jog maybe 😉

      1. // Reply

When i try running on loose sand, i must look hilarious because I feel almost like I’m running in place, LOL. Running on loose sand is like trying to run uphill on a downward escalator, but harder :). My tip is to seek the water-packed sand.

It’s been too long since I’ve been to a beach… must remedy that soon!

  11. // Reply

I love Nora’s dress on Becky’s cover! However, if I had to wear one all day, I’d like something as breezy as the one on Blown Together. That skirt looks perfect for summer!

    1. // Reply

Hi Karen! I agree on Becky’s cover. But the Blown Together is me, too! Thank you for showing my cover some love 🙂
      Blessings

I love these!!!! I have a dress that is pretty close to the silver one! Great post!

  13. // Reply

My favorite cover is The Illusionist’s Apprentice by Kristy Cambron. The dress I would love to wear for a day is Nora’s on Becky Wade’s cover. It is close to my style. I still can’t believe the “original” dress is white!

  14. // Reply

Love all the dresses on the covers. I would like to wear the one on “The One True of Alice-Ann.

Me, too, Abby! Let’s go to Nashville where it’s set and dress up, ha! It’s a great book!
      Blessings 🙂

What a fun post! They are all beautiful. As far as the style if I were to wear one, I would pick the beautiful sleeveless gown on A Note Yet Unsung by Tamera Alexander OR the beautiful blue dress on True to You by Becky Wade. I just signed up to follow your blog, looks like a lot of fun things going on! Thank you so much for the chance to win!

Welcome, Jeanne! Great picks for your dresses! I’m delighted to have you here 🙂

  17. // Reply

I love the cover of True to You by Becky Wade. I’d love to wear that dress. Of course I’d have to be a lot thinner to do so. Maybe that would be part of the wish too. 😉

    1. // Reply

      LOL, Kay! My wish, too!
      Blessings

  18. // Reply

I would wear the dress from the cover of An Uncommon Courtship. My favorite cover is a tie between True to You and With You always

  21. // Reply

I love the Mark of the King dress best, but would love to wear the blue dress on Becky Wade’s book.

  22. // Reply

Um. Seriously. I cannot choose a favorite. Like you, I could caption each one as to why it is a favorite. Although I think I would wear the dress on “An Uncommon Courtship” I have read most of these and just love how the graphics of each book so fully tell the story without spoiling anything.

    1. // Reply

Yep! You know it’s a great cover when you keep flipping back to enjoy it while reading!

  23. // Reply

With You Always would be my favorite cover, such a gorgeous cover and that dress. I’d feel most comfortable wearing the dress in An Uncommon Courtship or True to You. Blue is my favorite color and I gravitate to it 🙂

Becky Wades cover! I love these kind of dresses and have a few like them in my closet. A little bit of vintage, and little bit of contemporary. Love it.

I really like Jody’s cover, there’s just something about it that takes you back in time and makes you wonder what the character is thinking. Of course I’d be remiss if I didn’t say all the covers are beautiful because they certainly are.

  49. // Reply

I really like Becky Wade’s the best. Blue is my favorite color and that tea length is very versatile. Very pretty cover!

With You Always, although I have to admit I love quite a few of the other dresses as well. There os just something about Jody’s cover with the green dress (and I like that it is modest). I think it would be fun to wear that one for a day…as long as it wasn’t summer! 🙂

  55. // Reply

I really thought all the dresses were pretty. My favorite is the “Uncommon Courtship” The color and style looks so beautiful!

My favorite covers are True to You, An Uncommon Courtship, and Mark of the King! I would love to wear the dress from Mark of the King. Colonial gowns always appeal to me.

  57. // Reply

I love the green dress on the cover of With You Always. Green is my favorite color and I also like the contrast between the green and the background! The dress on An Uncommon Courtship is also very pretty but the décolletage would be a tad bit higher ideally!

I like the A Season to Dance cover the best. But I love the dress from True To You, it looks vintage.
